Pricing questions
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation starts when a customer sends their first question in your website widget or to your linked WhatsApp number. Playground tests do not count toward usage.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. You can change or cancel your subscription through the secure Paddle billing portal in your dashboard.
What happens if I reach my limit?
Existing conversations can finish. Paid plans can use prepaid conversation credits to start more chats, upgrade for a higher monthly allowance, or wait for the next billing cycle.
How are voice calls charged?
Every paid plan includes Talk to AI minutes each month: 30 on Starter, 300 on Pro and 1,500 on Scale. Calls are counted by real call time, rounded up to the minute. When the monthly minutes run out you can buy voice minute packs, from $19 for 100 minutes, which never expire. A voice call also counts as one conversation.
Is voice available on the Free plan?
No. The Free plan includes the text chat assistant. Talk to AI voice calls start on Starter.
Can your team set AskBrew up for me?
Yes. Quick setup ($149, one-time) installs and tunes the chat on your website. Full setup ($399, one-time) does that and also connects booking, order lookup, voice and your WhatsApp number. Managed care ($99 a month) keeps your knowledge current afterwards. Setup services are paid separately from your plan and work with any plan, including Free. Create an account, then order from your dashboard.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves 20% on Starter, Pro, and Scale and is charged once for the full year.
