Pricing questions

What counts as a conversation?

A conversation starts when a customer sends their first question in your website widget. Playground tests do not count toward usage.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. You can change or cancel your subscription through the secure Paddle billing portal in your dashboard.

What happens if I reach my limit?

Existing conversations can finish. Paid plans can use prepaid conversation credits to start more chats, upgrade for a higher monthly allowance, or wait for the next billing cycle.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing saves 20% on Starter, Pro, and Scale and is charged once for the full year.
