Plan allowances

  • Free: $0, 20 conversations, 3 knowledge sources, and 1 owned workspace.
  • Starter: $29/month, 500 conversations, 10 sources, and 2 owned workspaces.
  • Pro: $99/month, 5,000 conversations, 50 sources, and 5 owned workspaces.
  • Scale: $299/month, 25,000 conversations, unlimited sources, and 20 owned workspaces.
  • Enterprise: custom conversation volume, unlimited sources, and unlimited owned workspaces.
  • Workspace memberships received by invitation do not count toward ownership limits.

Monthly and annual billing

Starter, Pro, and Scale support monthly or annual Paddle checkout. Annual billing charges once for the year at a 20% discount relative to twelve monthly payments. Subscription changes and cancellation are managed through the secure Paddle billing portal.

What consumes usage

A conversation is counted when a customer starts a new widget chat. Existing chats can continue until their 20-message rollover point. Playground tests do not consume the monthly customer conversation allowance. Knowledge sources include documents, the website source, and notes.

Prepaid conversation credits

Paid workspaces can purchase conversation credit packs. Monthly allowance is always used first; after it is exhausted, each new conversation atomically uses one prepaid credit. Purchased credits do not expire and ledger activity is shown in Billing.

No remaining capacity: When both the monthly allowance and prepaid balance are exhausted, the widget cannot start another conversation until credits are purchased, the plan is upgraded, or the next cycle begins.
