Get AskBrew live

Create your workspace, add business knowledge, train the assistant, test its answers, and publish the chat widget.

1. Complete your workspace

After creating an account, enter your workspace name, company website, industry, and default language. These values provide the initial workspace context and can be changed later in Account & settings.

2. Add business knowledge

Open Knowledge and upload a document, import your public website, or write a note. AskBrew turns each source into searchable sections used when answering questions.

  • Documents: PDF, DOCX, TXT, or Markdown up to 20 MB.
  • Website: one public website source that can be re-imported manually.
  • Notes: short answers, policies, and internal guidance written directly in AskBrew.

3. Train and test

Open Train AI and start training after at least one source is ready. Training continues in the background while progress remains visible across dashboard routes. Then use Playground to test real customer questions and inspect citations before publishing.

4. Customize and publish

Choose the widget title, welcome message, colors, launcher, quick questions, position, and allowed websites. Copy the generated script into your site and visit the published page so AskBrew can detect the installation.

Setup complete: The Overview checklist is complete after knowledge is added, training finishes, and the widget is detected on an external website.
