Create prompts

Expand Advanced settings on the Chat Widget page and add up to four quick questions. Each prompt can contain up to 60 characters.

Visitor behavior

Quick questions appear after the welcome message. Selecting one sends it as the visitor's message and removes the complete prompt list. The prompts are also removed when the visitor submits a typed question.

Write useful questions

• Use questions that many first-time visitors ask.
• Keep each prompt understandable without extra context.
• Prefer concrete intent such as pricing, delivery, returns, or business hours.
• Avoid four long prompts that wrap into an oversized block on small screens.
